The package is $750 flat. It covers 4 daytime hours in The Cloud Room or The Underground, plus an hour to set up and an hour to break down, tables and chairs set for your family, and our sound system with a wireless mic for words and tributes.

From our kitchen
A house buffet at $22 or $28 per person. Tell us your headcount and we put the menu and the price in your quote.
Desserts and the cake are welcome from any bakery: we cut and plate for $1.50 per guest, or you cut and serve for $35 flat.
- A host tab: prepay any amount from $300. When it runs out, switch to a cash bar or top it up.
- Drink tickets, or a cash bar where guests buy their own.
Ohio law doesn’t allow any outside alcohol on our premises (champagne for the toast included) or unlimited-drink packages, so every drink is poured by our bartenders at our posted prices.
Bringing your own food
There is no outside-food fee for a repass.
- Cake & desserts. Welcome from any bakery or licensed home baker. We cut and plate for $1.50 per guest, or you cut and serve for $35 flat (plates, utensils, cleanup).
- Food from a restaurant or caterer. Welcome from any licensed restaurant or caterer. $5 per guest ($150 minimum), waived for repasses. Caterers bring their own chafers and servers, our kitchen stays closed to outside food, and caterers send us a certificate of insurance. All food and trash leaves with you.
- Homemade dishes. Please ask before you plan on them. County health rules limit home-cooked food inside a licensed restaurant, and we’ll tell you exactly what’s allowed.
Events with an outside caterer need a one-day $1M event liability policy (it usually costs $75–$175 online).
No outside alcohol of any kind.

Hold the date
A booking deposit of half the package ($375) holds the room. It’s non-refundable and credited to your bill. A refundable $250 damage deposit comes back within 10 business days.
Getting there
56 parking spots on site, plus street parking and neighboring parking. We’re at 434 E 200th St in Euclid, about a mile from I-90 exit 182B (East 200th Street). We have a wheelchair ramp, and the first-floor restrooms are accessible.
