Your booking covers the room for 4 hours, plus an hour to set up and an hour to break down. Tables and chairs are set for your guests, and our sound system and wireless mic are ready for the games, the speeches and the gift opening. In The Cloud Room, the TVs take an HDMI hookup for a slideshow.
Prices on this page are starting prices for a 4-hour event, before the 20% service charge on food & drinks and 8% sales tax. The black linens and chair covers in the photos are an add-on.
Where showers happen
In The Cloud Room or The Underground, a Friday or Saturday shower that ends by 5 pm gets the day price: $950 instead of $1,400 at night. Sunday is $950, and Monday to Thursday starts at $600.

The stage, with the throne chair and the cloud installation, is where the gifts, the cake and the photos happen. Mural walls, a metallic floor and its own bar. 2,200 sq ft.

Sunday brunch in our dining room works for a small group: book a table online for up to 10, or call or text us for more. Mimosa towers come in four flavors.
What it costs
Two numbers per room: a room fee that holds the space, and a food & drink minimum that everything your group orders counts toward (house catering, a host tab and your guests’ own drinks at the bar). If spending comes in under the minimum, the difference is billed as room fee.

Renting the Main Bar in the evening closes our dining room to the public, so evenings are priced as a food & drink minimum only. Not available during Sunday brunch.

House buffets from $22 per person, in three tiers ($22 · $30 · $42), built from our kitchen’s menu. 25-guest minimum. Your full menu comes with your quote.
Zero-proof mocktails are on our bar menu for anyone not drinking.
- A host tab: prepay any amount from $300. When it runs out, switch to a cash bar or top it up.
- Drink tickets, or a cash bar where guests buy their own.
- A champagne toast, priced by the glass.
Ohio law doesn’t allow any outside alcohol on our premises (champagne for the toast included) or unlimited-drink packages, so every drink is poured by our bartenders at our posted prices.
Bringing your own food & cake
The cake and the desserts are welcome from any bakery or licensed home baker: we cut and plate for $1.50 per guest, or you cut and serve for $35 flat.
Food from any licensed restaurant or caterer is welcome for $5 per guest ($150 minimum). Caterers bring their own chafers and servers and send us a certificate of insurance, and all food and trash leaves with you. Events with an outside caterer need a one-day $1M event liability policy (it usually costs $75–$175 online).
Homemade dishes: please ask first, because county health rules limit home-cooked food inside a licensed restaurant.

How much does a shower cost?

Can we bring our own decorator?
Yes. DJs, decorators and other vendors are welcome with a certificate of insurance ($1M general liability) naming LA BOLD LLC, sent 7 days before. Setup and breakdown fit inside your included hours. No confetti, glitter, open flame, or anything taped or nailed to the walls.
Can we bring food from a caterer?
Yes, from any licensed restaurant or caterer, for $5 per guest ($150 minimum). Caterers bring their own chafers and servers and send us a certificate of insurance. Homemade dishes: please ask first, because county health rules limit home-cooked food inside a licensed restaurant.
Are kids welcome?
Yes. All ages are welcome at family events. Guests 21 and over show ID for a wristband, and the bar serves wristbands only.
Are the black linens and chair covers included?
Tables, chairs, the sound system, a wireless mic and the TVs (where the room has them) are included. The black linens and spandex chair covers you see in our photos are an add-on: $10 per table linen and $5 per chair cover.
Can we have a champagne toast?
Yes, priced by the glass and poured by our bartenders. Ohio law doesn’t allow any outside alcohol on our premises, champagne for the toast included.
How do I hold my date?
A booking deposit of 50% of the room fee plus the food & drink minimum (at least $250). It’s non-refundable and credited to your bill. The balance and your final headcount are due 7 days before the event, and we keep a card on file for the bar tab and anything extra.
