Every rental includes the room for 4 hours plus setup and breakdown time, tables and chairs, our sound system with a wireless mic, and TVs you can plug a laptop into (Cloud Room and Main Bar).
Prices below are starting prices before the 20% service charge on food & drinks and 8% sales tax. The black linens and chair covers in the photos are an add-on.
The Cloud Room
The party room with a stage.
Geometric mural walls, a metallic floor that catches every light, neon sconces and its own bar. The stage, with the throne chair and the cloud installation, is where the toasts, the cake and the photos happen.

The Underground
Downstairs, after dark.
Black board-and-batten walls, a black ceiling with low recessed light and a back bar glowing in warm walnut. It sits downstairs, away from the dining room, so it is the room for the late ones.

The Main Bar
Our main room, all yours.
Exposed timber trusses, a long marble-look bar with four TVs above it, black and cream walls and big street-front windows. Bright by day, warm at night.

All three rooms, plus the patio in season. Your guests move between the Main Bar, the Cloud Room and the Underground, and the whole building runs on your night.

How pricing works
Two numbers per room, and everything your guests order counts toward the second one.
Room fee + food & drink minimum
The room fee holds the space. The minimum is what you and your guests spend with us on food and drinks: house catering, a host tab, and your guests’ own drinks at the bar all count. If spending comes in under the minimum, the difference is billed as room fee.
4-hour event
Every price covers 4 hours of event time, plus 1 hour to set up and 1 hour to break down.
Service charge & tax
A 20% service charge applies to food and drinks (not to the room fee), plus 8% Cuyahoga County sales tax.

House buffets from $22 per person, in three tiers ($22 · $30 · $42), built from our kitchen’s menu. 25-guest minimum. Your full menu comes with your quote.
- A host tab: prepay any amount from $300. When it runs out, switch to a cash bar or top it up.
- Drink tickets, or a cash bar where guests buy their own.
- A champagne toast, priced by the glass.
- Bottle service in a VIP section.
Ohio law doesn’t allow any outside alcohol on our premises (champagne for the toast included) or unlimited-drink packages, so every drink is poured by our bartenders at our posted prices.
Bringing your own food & cake
- Cake & desserts. Welcome from any bakery or licensed home baker. We cut and plate for $1.50 per guest, or you cut and serve for $35 flat (plates, utensils, cleanup).
- Food from a restaurant or caterer. Welcome from any licensed restaurant or caterer. $5 per guest ($150 minimum), waived for repasses. Caterers bring their own chafers and servers, our kitchen stays closed to outside food, and caterers send us a certificate of insurance. All food and trash leaves with you.
- Homemade dishes. Please ask before you plan on them. County health rules limit home-cooked food inside a licensed restaurant, and we’ll tell you exactly what’s allowed.

Policies & FAQ
How many guests fit?
Seating is flexible. The Cloud Room and The Underground are 2,200 sq ft each, the Main Bar is 1,000 sq ft, and the whole building is 5,400 sq ft plus the patio. We add tables and set each room for your headcount: seated dinner, cocktail-style, or a mix. Tell us your guest count and we’ll plan the layout with you.
How do I hold my date?
A booking deposit of 50% of the room fee plus the food & drink minimum (at least $250). It’s non-refundable and credited to your bill. The balance and your final headcount are due 7 days before the event, and we keep a card on file for the bar tab and anything extra.
Is there a damage deposit?
Yes, refundable: $250 for a room, $500 for the Full Lifestyle, DJ parties and teen parties. It comes back within 10 business days after we check the room.
What if I need to cancel?
30 or more days out: we keep the deposit, and you can move your date once within 6 months. Under 30 days: the full room fee and minimum are owed. If we ever have to cancel, you get a full refund.
Can I bring my own food and cake?

Do I need security?
We book all security through a licensed company (unarmed) and add it to your bill at $40 per guard per hour, 4-hour minimum. Outside security isn’t permitted.
What are the age rules?
- The person who signs the contract must be 21+ (25+ for DJ parties and teen parties) and stay on site for the whole event.
- All ages are welcome at family events. Guests 21+ show ID for a wristband, and the bar serves wristbands only. No one under 21 is served, even with a parent.
- Teen parties: 1 adult (21+) for every 10 teens, no bar in the teen room, ends by 10 pm, and teens leave with a parent or an approved adult.
- DJ, promoter and ticketed nights are 21+ only.
Can I bring my own DJ and decorator?
Yes. DJs, decorators and other vendors are welcome with a certificate of insurance ($1M general liability) naming LA BOLD LLC, sent 7 days before. Setup and breakdown fit inside your included hours. No confetti, glitter, open flame, or anything taped or nailed to the walls.
Do I need event insurance?
A one-day $1M event liability policy is required for Full Lifestyle buyouts, DJ parties, teen parties and events with outside caterers. It usually costs $75–$175 online. We recommend it for everything else.
How late can we go?
Evening events end by 1:00 am. Teen parties end by 10:00 pm. Extra hours are priced per room.
Are linens included?
Tables, chairs, the sound system, a wireless mic and TVs (where the room has them) are included. The black linens and spandex chair covers you see in our photos are an add-on: $10 per table linen and $5 per chair cover.
