One booking covers the room for 4 hours, plus an hour to set up and an hour to break down. Tables and chairs are set for your group, our sound system and wireless mic handle the toasts and the awards, and The Cloud Room and The Main Bar have TVs you can plug a laptop into for slides or a video.
Prices on this page are starting prices for a 4-hour event, before the 20% service charge on food & drinks and 8% sales tax.
Which room fits?
Seating is flexible in every room: we set the tables for your headcount, whether that’s a seated dinner, cocktail-style or a mix. Tell us how many guests you expect and we will confirm the fit.
The Underground
Downstairs and away from the dining room, with its own walnut bar and a riser for speeches or a DJ. The room for a holiday party that runs late. 2,200 sq ft.
Ask about this room →The Cloud Room
A stage for the awards and the toasts, its own bar, mural walls and TVs with an HDMI hookup for your slides. 2,200 sq ft.
Ask about this room →The Main Bar
Street level, with the long bar and four TVs over it. Good for team lunches, client happy hours and mixers. An evening rental closes our dining room to the public, so evenings are a food & drink minimum only. 1,000 sq ft.
Ask about this room →The Full Lifestyle
The whole building for a company-wide party: all three rooms, 5,400 sq ft, plus the patio in season. Your guests move between the rooms.
Ask about a buyout →What it costs
Two numbers per room: a room fee that holds the space, and a food & drink minimum that everything your group orders counts toward (house catering, a host tab and your guests’ own drinks at the bar). If spending comes in under the minimum, the difference is billed as room fee.

Our kitchen, or your caterer.
From our kitchen & bar
House buffets from $22 per person, in three tiers ($22 · $30 · $42), built from our kitchen’s menu. 25-guest minimum. Your full menu comes with your quote.
- A host tab: prepay any amount from $300. When it runs out, switch to a cash bar or top it up.
- Drink tickets, or a cash bar where guests buy their own.
- A champagne toast, priced by the glass.
Ohio law doesn’t allow any outside alcohol on our premises (champagne for the toast included) or unlimited-drink packages, so every drink is poured by our bartenders at our posted prices.
Bringing your own caterer
Food from any licensed restaurant or caterer is welcome for $5 per guest ($150 minimum). Caterers bring their own chafers and servers and send us a certificate of insurance, and all food and trash leaves with you. Events with an outside caterer need a one-day $1M event liability policy (it usually costs $75–$175 online).
Cake for the team is welcome from any bakery: we cut and plate for $1.50 per guest, or you cut and serve for $35 flat.
Plan it early.

Questions & answers
How much does a holiday party cost?
A private room starts at $500 (The Main Bar on a Monday, or Tuesday to Saturday ending by 4 pm) or $600 (The Cloud Room or The Underground, Monday to Thursday). Friday and Saturday nights start at $1,400 for The Cloud Room or The Underground, and the whole building starts at $1,800 on a Monday. Each price is a room fee plus a food & drink minimum for a 4-hour event, before the 20% service charge on food & drinks and 8% sales tax. The estimate tool gives you an itemized number.
Can we show slides or a video?
Yes. The Cloud Room and The Main Bar have TVs with an HDMI hookup for a laptop, and every room has our sound system and a wireless mic for speeches and awards.
Can you feed our team?
Yes. House buffets come in three tiers, $22, $30 and $42 per person, built from our kitchen’s menu, with a 25-guest minimum. You can also bring food from a licensed restaurant or caterer for $5 per guest ($150 minimum).
Can the company pay for the drinks?
Yes. Prepay a host tab from $300; when it runs out, switch to a cash bar or top it up. Drink tickets work too. Ohio law doesn’t allow outside alcohol or unlimited-drink packages, so every drink is poured by our bartenders at our posted prices.
Do we need security?
Not for a daytime event that ends by 8 pm with 50 guests or fewer. With alcohol and 51 to 100 guests, any DJ party, or anything past 10 pm, it is 1 guard per 50 guests (minimum 2); a Full Lifestyle buyout or 100+ guests is 1 guard per 50 guests (usually 4). We book licensed security and add it to your bill at $35 per guard per hour, 4-hour minimum. Outside security isn’t permitted.
How late can we go?
Evening events end by 1:00 am. Each price covers 4 hours of event time plus an hour to set up and an hour to break down; extra hours are $100 for a room or $300 for the whole building.
Send your date and headcount.
We reply within 24 hours with a quote and the dates we can hold. An inquiry does not reserve the room; the booking deposit does.
