How the estimate works
- Every price covers a 4-hour event, plus 1 hour to set up and 1 hour to break down.
- The room fee holds the space. The food & drink minimum is what you and your guests spend with us; house catering, a host tab and your guests’ own drinks all count. Anything under the minimum is billed as room fee.
- A 20% service charge applies to food and drinks, not to the room fee.
- Security follows our published rules and is booked through a licensed company at $35 per guard per hour, 4-hour minimum.
Ready to hold a date?
Send us your date and headcount. We reply within 24 hours with a written quote and the dates we can hold. Sending an inquiry does not reserve the room; your date is held once the booking deposit is paid.
